The total volume of online sales/booking of pharmacy assortment, including drugs and parapharmaceuticals, in the first half of 2026 reached RUB 349.4 billion (at consumer prices, including VAT). The ruble growth rate compared to Q1–Q2 2025 was recorded at 28.8%, slightly higher than the results of Q1 of this year, when the growth rate was 24.1%. However, this is likely due to the generally low market activity at the beginning of the year. Nevertheless, even accounting for a relatively favorable Q2 2026, the current online channel growth rate is noticeably lower than last year's results, when the long-term dynamics in Q1–Q2 2025 stood at 36.3%. However, even with some slowdown in e-commerce development this year, the overall dynamics here are three times higher than the growth rate of total Russian pharmacy revenue, which amounted to "only" 9.7% in Q1–Q2 2026.

According to the "Ranking of Russian Pharmacy Chains" from the analytical company RNC Pharma, the total market share of the online channel (including booking) was recorded at 28.2% in Q1–Q2 2026, compared to 24% a year earlier. Although it is not actively growing this year, positive changes are already emerging. An additional stimulus for the overall development of the format could be the closing of the deal for the acquisition of the Eapteka chain by structures of the RWB group. This fact has already been reflected in the pharmacy company's transaction volume — online sales increased by 26% compared to Q1–Q2 2025. Moreover, the revenue growth is also reflected in the ranking table: compared to Q1 2026 results, the company moved up two positions and now holds 6th place. Wildberries has never hidden its interest in the health products category, and these are likely just the first results of its strategy.

Over the past 12 months, it has been the top players in the booking segment that have set the general trend. During the analyzed period, the "twenty" participants again showed faster dynamics, with their turnover growing by 29.5% compared to the first half of 2025. However, not all major representatives of the pharmaceutical e-commerce sector are performing equally well. Negative sales dynamics were recorded for only 4 leading companies. The most significant for the segment is the 5% decline in online operations of the Aprel chain — considering the company's scale, this represents a very substantial absolute value of RUB 1.7 billion. The weakest dynamic indicator in Q1–Q2 2026 was shown by Planeta Zdorovya (-22%).

The highest ruble dynamics during the analyzed period were shown by Harmony of Health (Garoniya Zdorovya). This Krasnoyarsk-based chain increased its online revenue by more than 2.2 times, although absolute volumes here are still relatively small, below RUB 1 billion. Among large companies, the highest dynamics were shown by the Yuteka project (+82%) and the combined network Erkapharm and Melodiya Zdorovya, which increased online sales by 75% over the year.
